Konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia stratejik berdasarkan pada bagian penting filosofi manajemen sumber daya manusia menekankan tingkat stratejik manajemen sumber daya manusia dan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan strategi sumber daya manusia dengan strategi bisnis.

Tujuan manajemen sumber daya manusia adl untuk memastikan bahwa organisasi mampu mencapaikeberhasilan.
